Growing my roots:

Interlocked and Interwoven by common ancestry & DNA

Ancestors: Louie

My Louie line has been traced to whom I believe are my 2x’s great grandparents John Louie (about 1834) and his wife Sarah/Sallie (about 1845) in Tchula Holmes, Mississippi. In a couple of the censuses, the person I believe to be my 3x’s great grandmother Kate (about 1810; South Carolina) is listed.

There is a slight possibility that John and Sarah are either a granduncle/aunt or 3x’s great grandparents (pushing Kate’s relation back another generation).

I am sure that Berry Louie (1883) is my second great grandfather. He was born in Tchula Holmes and married  Nora (about 1888) (believed to be a Howard).

The direct Louie line leads to Europe, as evidenced by DNA tests.
